Roadmap Details

The roadmap is designed to guide the development and implementation of the Ecosystem, and to ensure its success and sustainability over the long term. As a dynamic and evolving document it may be revised and updated as needed to reflect the changing needs and priorities of the community at a given time. We designed the roadmap in four phases, each with its own set of objectives and milestones, that will guide the birth of the developer founding team, the global digital community, the starting point of the business and governance models until the development of the Genesis MasterNode as a first sustainable-geographical community.

📄️ Phase I - “Seed Phase”

The first stage of the roadmap is focused on capacity building for collective action. Social rather than geographic proximity is the core organizing principle of this Phase.

📄️ Phase II - “Root Phase”

The second stage of the roadmap is focused on the design of the Genesis MasterNode. However, there will also be focus on community building and adoption, in which the team will engage with potential users and stakeholders, and will work to build a strong and vibrant community around the DSAFE Ecosystem.

📄️ Phase III - “Flower Phase”

The third stage of the roadmap is focused on building our first MasterNode and inhabiting it. We will work on scaling and growth, in expanding the network and its capabilities, and on improving its governance model and user experience.

📄️ Phase IV - “Fruit Phase”

The final stage of the roadmap is focused on expansion, sustainability and long-term growth, in which the team will focus on ensuring the long-term viability and success of DSAFE Ecosystem. This stage will include ongoing research, development, and community engagement, to ensure that the network continues to evolve and adapt to the changing needs and challenges of its users and stakeholders.
